 When Will My Order Ship?

  •  U.S orders are delivered within 2-4 Business days using USPS carrier. If you place a order on Weekends or Holidays it will ship the next business day. Orders over $100 may require a signature at the time of delivery
    • As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If you don't receive the email, Please check your spam folder and add Hello@DeliriousBoutique.com to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under.
    • To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.  If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues.  

    How to order?

    To add an item to your bag, simply click the add to bag button next to it. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought by you until you have completed the checkout process.)

    To remove an item from your bag, simply click the remove link next to the item you wish to discard on your Cart page.

    To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "Cart" icon in the page header.

    To purchase what you've selected click "checkout", then "secure checkout". 

    Once we have confirmed your order we will ship!

    To access your account in the future, click the "my Account" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout. (If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on create account and follow the steps to create a new account.)


       How long does it take to process my order?

      • Please allow 24-48 hours, from date purchased, for us to process your order. Please note, once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.

      What payment methods are accepted?

      • We accept PayPalVisaMasterCardDiscover and American Express credit card payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

       How Can I track My Order?

      • Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking the link, you will be able to check the status of your order once is in transit.

      How can I view my orders?

      • You can view your order history by signing into your account and clicking the ‘My Account’ button.

       

      What is your return policy?

      • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
      • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
      • Grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.
      • Items must have all tags attached.
      • Beauty products and accessories cannot be returned.
      • Any returns must be made at your own cost however you must obtain you proof of postage until you have received your refund, just in case your order is lost on its way back to Delirious Boutique
