- Items must be sent back to Delirious Boutique within 7 days from the date purchased. Eligible items will only be accepted for Store Credit only. Store Credit can be used immediately and never expires.
- When returning, we recommend using a trackable service such USPS flat-rate shipping. Please also remember that you are responsible for returning shipping charges.
- Final Sale items including: Intimates, Undergarments, Swimwear, Dresses/Playsuits with Built-In Undergarments or include Undergarments, Jewelry, Sunglasses, Bags are not eligible for return. If an item is Final Sale, it will be listed in its Product Description.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You will need a printer to print off and attach your returns label. Then take it to your nearest Post Office or mailbox to send it off - its that easy! Make sure you get proof of postage and keep it safe.
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all original product tags attached.
- Our goal is to make the return process as quick and easy as possible so please contact us if you need help returning!
- If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package.
- Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
