Cancelations and order changes
We cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. You may return eligible items per our return policy once you receive your order.
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with tracking to the email address you entered on your order. If you don't receive the email, Please check your spam folder and add Hello@DeliriousBoutique.com to your safe sender list or email us the name and email you ordered under.
Delirious Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
PO BOXES and APO/FPO or U.S. TERRITORIES
We accept orders being shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service. If you are experiencing any difficulties, please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org
